To all my fellow TTC riders with a Metropass, you can apparently get a refund from the TTC due to last weekend’s strike. Beginning May 5, pass holders can bring their pass to any collector’s booth for a refund. You must hand in the pass for a refund, but can keep a photocopy for tax purposes. The deadline is May 30.

 

Adult Metropass holders will get a $7.50 ($7 for the discount plan adult pass), while student pass holders will get a $6.50 refund ($6 for the discount plan). People who bought adult weekly passes will get a $9.50 refund, while student weekly passes and GTA passes will receive a $7.50 refund. Day passes, for April 25 only, will get a $3 refund.
